| LoginLogic Acceptable Use Policy Revision issued 20 February 2007. The following policies must be fully complied with at all times to meet the requirements of this acceptable use policy. You must also ensure anybody you provide access to the LoginLogic eMailing List service complies with this AUP. One way of meeting this responsibility is to arrange for these people to sign a statement indicating they have read and agreed to this document. 1. Use of Service. The LoginLogic eMailing List service may be used for most types of lawful business purposes to communicate and conduct business using the Internet. The LoginLogic eMailing List service may NOT be used for flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message in an attempt to deliver it to people who would probably choose not to receive it. Inappropriate examples : . Chain letters. . Pyramid schemes (including multilevel marketing). . Get rich quick or make money fast schemes. The LoginLogic eMailing List service may NOT be used for sending commercial messages attempting to promote or sell a product, service, or idea to one or more people without their prior consent. The LoginLogic eMailing List service may not be used to promote or sell any Internet Service Provider (ISP) service including access, site hosting and e-mail without prior written permission from Quantenary Concepts Limited. 2. Censorship. All material sent using a LoginLogic eMailing List service must be legal for distribution in New Zealand and the country you connect to the Internet from, if outside New Zealand. Material of an adult only, sexual or pornographic nature may NOT be sent to or from the LoginLogic eMailing List service. 3. Message Attachments. Internet e-mail supports a wide range of document types as message attachments. Where possible attachment size should be minimised using a file compression tool such as WINZIP® to reduce delivery delays and opportunity for impacting on service quality for yourself and other customers. The recommended maximum message size (including any attached documents) is 3Mb. You must NOT attempt to send any e-mail message larger than 3Mb using the LoginLogic eMailing List service. We may return any message we consider being excessive in size to you as undeliverable. If you have a need to send large messages on a regular basis, please contact us so we can recommend a more appropriate service. Top |
